That’s why I compare getting to know you to having three cups of tea together. It’s about building relationships.

  • First cup of tea: Submit the “get to know you” form.

  • Second cup of tea: I will reach out to you by email to ask for your resume and schedule a get-to-know-you phone call.

  • Third cup of tea: Come in for an in-person interview.  For PTs, this will also include time to shadow during patient care.
