After Top Surgery

After your top surgery, scar tissue can develop that causes shoulder tightness, decreased rib mobility, and pain. Your surgeon will likely teach you how to care for you scar at home. However, in the case of complications or tightness, you may need extra help. Our therapists are trained in hands-on techniques to help manage and remodel your scar tissue and increase flexibility. We can even help with scar sensitivity.
